WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
We have assignments available to help our retail broker clients in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims Representative positions. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers
- Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments
- Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts
- Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims
- Generate claims reports
- Experience with an agency management system highly desired
TO BECOME A WORK AT HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment
