We have assignments available to help our insurance carrier / employee benefits company clients in Short Term Disability Claims Specialist positions. Responsibilities include:
- Short term disability claims experience with health insurance carrier – required.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of claims information by written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties.
- Strong communication and organization skills (ability to manage time and prioritize work).
- Empathetic personality due to nature of claims.
- Ability to use MS Office products and to learn new claims systems.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most recent years in insurance industry
